Welcome to CleaniQ. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our products, services, and website. By purchasing from or engaging with CleaniQ, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Our Services

    • CleaniQ provides a wide range of products and services including chemicals, paper, packaging, janitorial supplies, hospitality items, washroom systems, cleaning machinery, and PPE. We also provide ongoing service, delivery, and support to businesses across Australia.
  2. Orders & Payment

    • Placing Orders: Orders may be placed via our online portal, email, phone, or directly with our representatives.
    • Pricing: Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. CleaniQ reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
    • Payment Terms: Standard terms are [e.g., COD / 30 days EOM], unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Late Payments: Overdue accounts may attract interest charges and suspension of further supply until payment is received.
  3. Delivery & Shipping

    • Delivery Areas: CleaniQ delivers across Australia using our own fleet and preferred logistics partners.
    • Lead Times: Metro deliveries are generally 3-5 business days; regional and interstate deliveries may take longer.
    • Freight Charges: Orders over $150 are delivered free of charge. Smaller orders or bulky items may incur freight costs.
    • Risk: Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
  4. Refunds & Returns

    • Australian Consumer Law: You are entitled to a refund or replacement if goods are faulty, unsafe, or do not meet consumer guarantees.
    • Change of Mind: CleaniQ does not offer refunds for change of mind.
    • Process: Returns must be authorised by CleaniQ and may be subject to restocking or freight fees.
  5. Warranties & Repairs

    • Manufacturer Warranties: Machinery and equipment supplied by CleaniQ are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
    • Service Support: CleaniQ can assist with warranty claims, repairs, and servicing as part of our customer support.
  6. Customer Responsibilities

    • Customers must:
      • Provide accurate information when placing orders.
      • Ensure safe site access for deliveries.
      • Store and use chemical products in line with product labels, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and regulatory requirements.
      • Comply with any applicable workplace health and safety laws.
  7. Limitation of Liability

    • CleaniQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the supply or use of our products or services.
    • To the extent permitted by law, CleaniQ’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected goods.
  8. Privacy & Data

    • CleaniQ respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
    • Customer data will only be used for order fulfilment, account management, and service and marketing communications.
  9. Intellectual Property

    • All content on CleaniQ’s website, including logos, images, and product information, remains the property of CleaniQ and cannot be reproduced without permission.
  10. Amendments

    • CleaniQ may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website and will apply from the date of publication.
