Shipping & Returns

  1. Delivery Areas & Lead Times

    • Standard Delivery: Delivery within 3-5 business days across all regions including Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Mid North Coast, Tamworth and surrounds and Greater NSW.
    • Express/Ad-Hoc Deliveries: Available on request, subject to additional charges.
  2. Minimum Order Values & Freight Charges

    • Free Delivery: Orders over $150 ex GST within service areas.
    • Small Order Fee: Flat $20 freight charge on orders under $150.
    • Temporary Order Surcharge: A Temporary $10 ex GST order surcharge will be applied to all orders due to global supply challenge affected by current Middle East Conflict. Please refer to the letter sent out on 31st March 2026.
    • Bulky/Machinery Items: Delivery of large equipment (scrubbers, dispensers, pallets) quoted separately.
  3. Preferred Carriers & Risk

    • CleaniQ primarily uses Vellex, Tamex and trusted logistics partners.
    • Risk and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to site (or collection point if unattended).
    • Customers must notify CleaniQ within 24 hours of delivery for claims of damage or shortages.
  4. Special Conditions

    • Unattended Deliveries: Can be made at customer’s request, but CleaniQ is not liable for loss/damage once left.
    • Site Access: Customers must ensure safe access for delivery vehicles.
    • Dangerous Goods: Chemicals classified under DG transport rules will follow all compliance requirements; additional lead times may apply.
  5. Returns & Redeliveries

    • Incorrectly ordered or excess goods are at the discretion of CleaniQ within 14 days if unopened, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • Redelivery due to customer unavailability may attract a fee.
  6. Refund Policy

    • Refunds & Replacements
      • You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product has a major fault, is unsafe, or doesn’t meet consumer guarantees.
      • Refunds will be processed promptly, in the form of credit to the account unless otherwise agreed.
    • Change of Mind
      • We do not offer refunds of exchanges for change of mind.
